Virat, who was doing his batting practice, was hit by a ball from pacer Harshal Patel. The former captain was seen in unbearable pain and left the practice session. Notably, Virat Kohli is the leading run-scorer of the T20 World Cup 2022 and has scored 265 runs in five games with three half-centuries. He is also one of the prime reasons that India has reached the semi-finals, and an injury to him could prove to be a big setback for India.

Thus, his availability will be very important for India. However, some reports have confirmed that he is fine to go against England in the semi-final. Speaking of Virat’s records at the Adelaide Oval, his numbers at this venue are staggering. He has played 10 games in all three formats and scored 937 runs with 5 centuries in ODIs and Tests.
