IPL 2023: Highest IPL total ever recorded

There has been three instances in the IPL when a team crossed the 250-run mark in 20 overs, and it was RCB who made 263/5 against Pune Warriors when Chris Gayle smashed an unbeaten 175 not out off 66 balls, with 13 fours and 17 sixes. His score and sixes in an inning are still records in the IPL.

However, Sunrisers Hyderabad broke RCB’s record and scored 277/3 in a match against Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2024 in Hyderabad. MI also made 246/5 in reply and SRH won by 31 runs.
